Not completely satisfied and want to return an item? No problem! You have a period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting from the day of receipt of the product. With the exception of personalized items. When processing your return, we will charge a fee (deducted from your return amount) for the personalized items in our packages.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it. For returning the order, the return costs are at your expense. You are free to ship your package with a parcel service of your choice.
